Tehmurasp Titans (XYZ’s Andheri Wing) organised a ‘Walkathon’ on 5th February, 2017 at Salsette Parsi Colony garnering a turnout of over a 100 enthusiasts including residents and non-residents. Participants walked multiple laps of the colony and were divided across eight categories, with each category being awarded top three winners. While all participants in the ‘Under-6’ Category were declared winners, those who clinched the first position included Manashni Bharucha (Under-9); Pearl Amalsadiwala (Under-12); Shayan Patel (Under-15); Aryan Irani (15 to 20 years); Rustom Chothia (Veterans); Tinaz Bhathena (Women); and Kaizad Sidhwa and Burjis Ankleshwaria (Men). Inspired by the Walkathon, some participants pledged to incorporate more walking on a daily basis! The funds generated through this event will be put to use for the benefit of the under privileged.
