Let us take a vow to stand up against the wrong, voice our views with discipline and logic and respect our religious scholars and Meher Yazad, being the Yazad of illumination, will light our path and bring peace, harmony and respect in our community.” Chief Speaker, Er. Darayesh Katrak, began his talk with a couplet from the Firdausi and spoke about how Mushkil-Aasaan Behram Yazad or Verethragnem always hears the prayers of His sincere devotee and blesses them in ten different forms. Enumerating various examples of how Behram Yazad helped righteous people, Er. Katrak stated, “Pray the Behram Yasht for 40 days, it has failed no man. If however, you don’t get the desired result, don’t ever give up your faith or your religion. Maybe the time is not right. Do not question the Will of the Creator!” He called upon the community to come in large numbers to the Dadysett Atash Behram for the jashan and then to the Behram Yazad Hall for the Humbandagi on every Behram Roj.
