Mumbai based Mehernosh Bamboat was recently felicitated as the ‘Best Outstanding Athlete’ by Central PF Commissioner, VP Joy, in Bhopal on 30^th November, 2017. Honoured for representing India at the International Athletics Championship, held in China in September this year, Mehernosh was also recognised for securing a Gold in 100m and 400m run at the World Zoroastrian Games held in Houston, Texas in 2000.
