Lady Jamshetjee Road: Lady Jamshedjee Road is a major road that runs through Mahim in Mumbai. Better known as L J Road, it is named after the philanthropic Lady Jamshetjee Jeejeebhoy, who funded the construction of Mahim causeway. Several prominent landmarks of the area located on the road includes St. Michael’s Church, The Mahim Dargah and Sena Bhavan, headquarters of the Shiv Sena.

 

Dadabhai Naoroji Road: Dadabhai Naoroji Road (D N Road), formerly known as Hornby Road, located in South Bombay’s Fort business district, is named after Dadabhai Naoroji, the Grand Old Man of India. He was a Parsi intellectual, educator, cotton trader, and an early Indian political and social leader. The street was broadened into an avenue in the 1860s
