Shahriar Farrokhmanesh Wins ‘Ultimate Champion’

25-year-old, Shahriar Farrokhmanesh won the title of the ‘Ultimate Champion’ for Jaguar Land Rover 2016-2017 competition on after sales-service started in the month of November 2016, in which 60 service advisors from 22 dealerships across India participated. As per the Jaguar Land Rover norms, qualified top 16 service advisors entering the Regional round were given practical scenarios to tackle, of which only 10 were selected for the National level skill contest for tackling the given practical scenarios along with a rapid fire round and presentation on customer first principles.

Shahriar Farrokhmanesh, who works for Navnit Motors and is also the youngest in his team, scored 85 out of 90, winning the title! Shahriar completed his diploma in Automobile Engineering from Mumbai and secured honours in Automotive Engineering from Coventry University in the UK. His passion for automobiles saw him working as a technician during his summer holidays. Returning to Mumbai, he became Service Advisor for Jaguar Land Rover and later moved on to work for Rolls Royce (Navnit Motors) and Jaguar Land Rover (Navnit Motors). Shahriar was awarded a trophy and a certificate of the ‘Ultimate Champion’ along with the prize money. He will represent India in the Global Jaguar Land Rover competition to be held in the UK this year.
