Sweet-n-Spicy Sticky Chicken


4 skinless, boneless – Chicken Breasts, cut into ½ inch strips; half cup – Broccoli florets; one cup – strips of Red/Green Capsicum; 2 tsp – finely chopped Ginger; 2 tsp – finely chopped Garlic; 1 tbsp – Brown Sugar; 2 tbsp – Honey; 4 Tbsp – Soya Sauce; 2 tbsp – Chilli Sauce; 1 tsp – Mustard sauce; 3 tbsp – Oil; Salt and Pepper to taste.



Lightly salt and pepper the chicken strips in a bowl. Mix well together – brown sugar, honey, soya sauce, ginger, garlic and chilli and mustard sauce in another bowl. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and brown on both sides, about 1 minute per side. Add broccoli florets and capsicum strips and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Pour the sauce-mix over the chicken. Simmer uncovered on low flame for 7-10 mts till sauce thickens.
