Bombay’s Cyrus Todiwala is all set to start his new restaurant, ‘Mr. Todiwala’s Kitchen’ at terminal five of London’s Heathrow Airport. Known for his innovative twists in authentic Indian cuisine, Cyrus graduated from Mumbai’s B K Somani Polytechnic and trained as Chef with the Taj Group. Pleasing the palates of the curry-savvy British for over a decade with his restaurant ‘Café Spice Namaste’ that he established fifteen years ago with wife Pervin in London, Cyrus is known for his potato and egg delicacy, ‘Papeeta per Eedu’, the signature Dhansak and his spicy Pork Vindaloo, all of which can now be relished before you fly off from London’s Heathrow Airport!
