LCI Celebrate World Personalised Service Day

Lions Clubs International (LCI) celebrated World Personalised Service Day on 7th October, 2017, at the YB Chauhan auditorium. Organised by Executive Director for activities, Lion Parvez Bootwala and compered by Fatema Bootwala, the event witnessed keynote speaker and celebrated motivational orator, Jeroninio Almeida elucidate the power of humility, oneness and the joy of giving. Thereafter, the clubs were felicitated for the various projects executed during the service week which include medical camps for diabetes and cancer detection, hunger projects, cataract surgery, children’s education, welfare of senior citizens and other landmark projects, worth over Rs.1.5 crore. Several live projects at the venue were also attended by the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis.
