The residents of the Bai Maneckbai N Chenoy Fire Temple Colony in Hyderabad celebrated Jamshedi Navroz on 20^th March, 2018, by setting up a beautiful ‘Navroz Table’ in the Agiary hall. The evening celebrations commenced with dinner catered by Abad Wadia and partially sponsored by the Trustees of the Agiary. Post dinner, the congregation gathered for monajats, followed by a ‘Navroz Prayer’ recited by Panthaky, Er. Mehernosh Bharucha who also delivered a talk on the significance of Jamshedi Navroze, while Farida Antia demystified the life of King Jamshed Padshah. In her vote of thanks, Mahrukh Tarapore thanked the Trustees, Secretary and Treasurer of the Trust – Russi Doctor as well as Farida and Kerfegar Antia for the elaborate arrangements of the function. It concluded with the gatherers singing ‘Chaiye Hame Zarthosti’ and enjoying the traditional ‘falooda’ prepared by Heera and Vispy Saher.
