Parsee Gymkhana, NarYman Dubash Foundation and Roozbeh Balsara jointly present the sixth edition of ‘The Zoroastrian Powerlifting Championship’ (ZPC) on 19th May, 2018, at Parsee Gymkhana, Marine Lines. The ZPC is an opportunity for a range of power lifters to put forth their grit and prove their determination. Initiated in 2013, ZPC is affiliated and conducted under the aegis of GBPA and is judged as per national powerlifting guidelines. It is conducted under the able guidance of Shiv Chhatrapati Awardee for Powerlifting and Weightlifting, Viraf Panthaki, who believes that it is his duty and passion to encourage our community’s youth in the sport of ‘powerlifting’, through ZPC. Percy Bahmani has also been a part of the competition since its inception, constantly encouraging all ZPC participants. Trustees of NarYman Dubash Foundation- Hutoxi Doodhwala, Viraf Panthaki , Rustom Jasoomoney, along with Roozbeh Balsara call out to all sport enthusiasts to witness this exceptional journey and partake the contributory dinner.
