Chomp on ‘THE HERBY PORO’

Ingredients:
Eggs – 2; Basil – 5 gm; Spring onion – 5 gm; Coriander – 5 gm; Mint – 5 gm; lemon zest of half a lemon; Fried garlic – 2 gm; Oil for cooking

Accompaniments:
Baked beans; Whole wheat pav; Fried potato chips; stir-fry veggies;

Garnish:
Spring onion; Fried garlic; and Coriander

Method:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, chop all the greens, lemon zest, fried garlic and salt and pepper. In a pan, add oil and the egg mixture and cook till done on both sides. Serve with accompaniments of your preference and garnish with spring onion, fried garlic and coriander for that amazing look!

 

 

Cheers with ‘RUSTAM BANTAWALA’

Ingredients:
Vodka – 60ml; Readymade Aam Panna – 60ml; Mango Juice – 60ml; Homemade masala shrub – 10 ml (You can make your own homemade masala shrub. This would include a mix of jeera powder, jaljeera, chat masala, white pepper and salt – all mixed in equal proportion).

Method:
Add all the mentioned ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake the mixture well for 10 secs. Apart from its refreshing taste, the uniqueness of this cocktail is the nostalgic Banta bottle in which it is served, so pour the mixture in Banta bottle and enjoy!
