Gamadia Girls School Hold Road Safety Session

Bai MN Gamadia Girl’s High School, in association with Safe Kids Foundation, conducted a pedestrian safety program, ‘Safe Kids Walk This Way’ Workshop on 23rd and 24th July, 2018. Attended by forty-five students from Class I to VIII, sessions consisting of audio visual demos and discussions helped sensitize children to the hazards faced while commuting, and the importance of safe behavior on the road. Illustrative brochures and activity books consisting quizzes, puzzles, were distributed to reinforce the information given during the educational sessions. Appreciating the informative session sponsored by FedEx, Principal, Zarin Behram Rabadi said, “According to Safe Kids Foundation, these are preventable injuries and not accidents, as commonly perceived, which have become the leading cause of death and disability amongst children.”
