Anaya Panthakey And Vaishta Cooper Spearhead Parsi Challenge At YKKY India Karate Championship 2018

The 3rd YKKF India Karate Championship 2018 was conducted at Dadar Athornan Institute, Dadar, Mumbai on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018, with over 500 students participating from different schools and colleges.

This championship was organized by Jehangir Shroff Fitness Academy (JSFA) under Shihan Jehangir Shroff – 6th Dan Black Belt (YKKF / NF / WKF), who has been training and teaching in the field of martial arts since the last 40 years. Shihan Shroff is also Accredited Coach of World Karate Federation and President and Chief Instructor (JSFA/YKKF, India).

The Best Kata Trophy in the Girls Category (13 to 15 Yrs) was awarded to 13-year-old Anaya Panthakey for winning a Gold in Kata and Silver in Kumite; whereas 16-year-old Vaishta Cooper won the Gold in both– Kata and Kumite.
