The Rotary Club of Mumbai South (RCMS) and Counsel General of Madagascar in India, Rtn. C H Kapadia organised a meeting on 15^th November, 2018, and recognised twenty-four specially-abled people from the National Society of Equal Opportunities for the Handicapped, India. The recipients were appreciated for their talents and funds were donated for their welfare.
