Parsis Shine At 6th AGKF Championships

The 6th Asian Gujo Karate Federation (AGKF) Championship and Festival, 2018 held at Jakarta, Indonesia, from 22nd to 25th November, 2018, witnessed numerous Yudansha Kobujitsu Karate Doh Federation (India) students, trained under 6th Dan Black Belt, Shihan Jehangir Shroff and his son, 3rd Dan Black Belt, Rohaan Shroff, make a mark at the competition. Organized by Chairman of Indonesia, Goju Ryu Karate Do Federation, B. Ricky Budhi Kusumo, the event witnessed Rohaan Shroff clear his Referee and Judge exam under Asian Goju Ryu Karate Federation, during the course of the competition.

Battling off competition from eighteen countries, Varun Pastakia won a Gold in Kumite and Silver in Kata at the AGKF Festival, while 14-year-old, Parinaz Cooper won two Silver medals in Kumite and Kata at the AGKF Festival, and two Bronze in the same at the AGKF Championship. Karate prodigy, 17-year-old, Vaishta Cooper won a Gold and Silver in Kumite and Kata, respectively at the AGKF Festival and a Bronze in Kumite at the AGKF Championship.
