With GBRWA’s (Godrej Baug Residents Welfare Association) upcoming All Parsi Sports event just around the corner, the organisers have announced an exciting addition to the sporting activities – the ‘All-Parsis Goal-to-Goal Penalty Shootout Tournament’ – in addition to the other Floodlit events like Throwball, Sepak, Direct and Indirect Volleyball Tournament.
To be held from 3rd – 12th December, 2021, the event will award cash prizes summing over Rs. 70,000/- to the Winning Team and Runners-Up, as well as the Best Player and Best Upcoming Player, for each sport. Winners of each category will be presented Rs. 7,500/-; Runners up – Rs. 5000/-; Best player – Rs. 3000/-; and Best Upcoming Player – Rs. 2000/-. The Winning team and the Best Player will each be conferred a trophy for every event.
Food and dessert stalls, offering multiple cuisines, will add to the thrill for visitors on all days of the tournament.
All Covid protocols will be strictly followed and everyone attending the event is requested to wear a mask.
