XYZ (Xtremely Young Zoroastrians), the community’s leading non-profit organisation which aims at the all-round, social and cultural development of the community’s tots and teens, held its fun-filled, week-long Summer Camp 2023, from 21st – 27th May, 2023.

The camp offered all participants a wide range of activities including indoor and outdoor experiences, which helped boost the confidence of the participants, by providing them with various opportunities to learn new skills. The program also included inculcating the Parsi language and tradition, brainstorming games, master chef sessions, dramatics, Crickball – a combination of cricket and baseball and much more!

 The campers got to engage in exciting activities and make new friends while learning about religion – with a Monajat recital competition, fairy tales translated in Gujarati and stage performances, etc. The camp ended with a grand finale at the Farm Regency Resort, with over a hundred people, comprising participants, parents, XYZ Seniors and volunteers, literally soaking in the fun!

XYZ extends gratitude to the Dadar Athornan Madressa, especially Dasturji Khurshed Dastoor and Er. Dr. Ramiyar Karanjia, for their support to use the venue; the Cusrow Baug United Sports and Welfare League for the use of their ground and pavilion; Sir Ratan Tata Institute (RTI) for the daily snacks; judges and resource people; and Sharukh Shroff and Astad Majra from Team Adventure for the daily transportation and logistics.
