A 66-member IASAP (Indian Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals) delegation, led by All-India President – Kashmira Gamadia, attended the 25^th ASA (Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals in Asia-Pacific) Congress, which was held in Bangkok, from 8^th to 12^th September, 2023. Themed ‘Glow with the Flow – Innovate. Integrate. Elevate’, the Congress comprised eminent frontrunners from different fields, sharing their experiences of corporate success and leadership. With a focus on furthering and motivating delegates towards internal growth and achieving professional excellence, some of the topics discussed included Essentials of Educating Beyond, Work-Life Integration, AI and IT Pros and Cons, Art and Part of Living, and Be an ‘Actionary’.
