ZCBL Relocates Pune Branch To Iconic Cowasji Dinshaw Library

The Zoroastrian Co-operative Bank Limited (ZCBL) proudly announced the relocation of its Pune branch to the historic Cowasji Dinshaw Library, one of the city’s most prominent landmarks. The new premises were formally inaugurated on 10th September, 2025, by Mr. Saroosh Dinshaw, former Director of ZCBL and a distinguished member of the Founders’ family. The inauguration ceremony was attended by customers, shareholders and well-wishers of the Bank. In his address, Mr. Dinshaw reflected on the legacy of the Cowasji Dinshaw Library and shared insights into the enduring journey of ZCBL. Customers present on the occasion fondly recalled their long-standing association with the Bank and their positive experiences over the years.

On the eve of this momentous shift, Zoroastrian Bank hosted a special Customer Meet at the Taj Blue Diamond on September 9, 2025. The gathering brought together prominent patrons of the Bank, leading personalities of Pune, and the Directors of ZCBL, marking yet another milestone in the Bank’s strong and growing relationship with its valued customers.

Speaking to the Customers, Mr. Yazdi Tantra, Chairman – ZCBL, thanked the customers for their continued trust and support to the Bank. He highlighted the Bank’s focus on enhancing customer experience to compare well with the best in the industry. He mentioned Bank’s significant initiatives to support Green Energy, Education and Corporate Social Responsibility. He stated that Bank will continue to leverage its financial strength and offer best in class banking products backed by state-of-the-art technology. He assured the customers of solution-oriented approach of the Bank.

The MD & CEO, ZCBL, Mr. Daljit Singh Dogra, shared details of Bank’s competitive commercials on various Retail Loans like Education, Car, Home and Personal Loans. He added that ZCBL will complete 100 years in the service of the society in June 2027 and will come out various customer friendly initiatives. Mr. Dogra informed that over 80% of transactions are through digital channels, underlining the Bank’s focus on top-end technology choices and adequate Cyber Security measures.

Customers warmly applauded the Bank’s hallmark qualities of personalized service, accessibility, and its flexible approach in offering simple yet effective financial solutions. The atmosphere at the grand ceremony was charged with goodwill, as many long-standing patrons expressed their loyalty and enduring association with the Bank, adding a sense of pride and celebration to the occasion.
