The Indian Association of Secretaries & Administrative Professionals (IASAP), Mumbai Headquarters, celebrated its Foundation Day and Emerald Jubilee on 11^th October, 2025, at Kohinoor Continental, Mumbai. The milestone event brought together nearly a hundred members and guests in a vibrant evening of reflection and pride.

Past President Zarine Commissariat and member Hanisha Vazirani compered the celebration, while All-India President Vijayalaxmi Amin paid tribute to IASAP’s Founder, the late Homai Homi Mehta, whose vision continues to guide the association. A special presentation by member Joan Lobo and Past President Edna Martis highlighted Mehta’s enduring legacy of leadership, mentorship and integrity.

Messages from past presidents, the Governing Council and Mehta’s daughter, Niloufer, added warmth and emotion to the evening. The event also saw the release of The Professional Secretary newsletter by Past President Moti Vazifdar. Binaifer Daruwala, Vice President and Hon. Treasurer, concluded the celebration with a heartfelt vote of thanks.
