Cusrow Baug raised the festive cheer up a notch with its Christmas celebrations held on 22^nd December, 2025. Organised by the Cusrow Baug United Sports and Welfare League, it drew over 650 residents and guests to an evening of excitement, fun and community togetherness. The spacious grounds buzzed with festive energy as families across generations enjoyed a thoughtfully planned celebration. Children were kept happily occupied with bouncy castles and games, while food stalls offering a wide variety of treats satiating every foodie present. Adding depth to the festivities were ten complimentary NGO stalls, giving visibility to social organisations and reinforcing the season’s spirit of giving.

Santa Claus arrived right on cue, spreading smiles, handing out gifts, striking cheerful poses for photos, and setting the tone for an evening filled with music and merriment. A soulful presentation by ‘The Crazy Train Choir’, led by Hanisha Daboo and Rustom Warden, added to the Xmas flavour. Residents were unanimous in their praise, commending the efforts of the organising team and volunteers, especially Arzoo Dehmiri, Rustom Dehmiri and Farzin Shroff, for ensuring a smooth and joyful celebration.

The festive calendar at Cusrow Baug had already been set in motion earlier with its lively Halloween celebration, fondly dubbed ‘Boo-vember’, held on 7^th November instead of 31^st October due to weather issues. The event transformed the Baug into a cheerful Halloween playground with children enjoying games and a well-organised trick-or-treat trail, while adults embraced the theme with imaginative costumes. Live music by the band ‘Out of Order’ added to the excitement, alongside enthusiastic participation from vendors, volunteers and residents.

From spooky fun to seasonal cheer, Cusrow Baug continues to celebrate festivals with great energy, warmth and an enduring sense of community that keeps neighbours connected all year round!
