Presented by Marex Media, this top industry accolade recognises exceptional contributions to the Indian maritime and logistics landscape, honouring enduring excellence and strategic vision.

As Chairman of the Master Group and Global President of the World Zarathushti Chamber of Commerce, Captain Percy Master has steered global trade initiatives with integrity and insight. The Kashti Ratna acknowledges decades of leadership and distinguished service that have shaped industry standards and strengthened India’s position in global commerce, while steering the Master Group to international prominence.

As our community’s prominent leader and visionary, he shared, “Our community is at a critical stage and we have to encourage our youth to take it forward. Taking leadership to another level, we have started a comprehensive, youth-focused initiative to foster greater community connect, where we will be visiting all Parsi colonies in person to promote entrepreneurship and share youth initiatives as a means to motivate them to rekindle and perpetuate our past glory.”
