The Indian Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals (IASAP) recently concluded its 54^thAnnual General Meeting which brought together members from across the fraternity for reflection, renewal and forward planning. Outgoing All-India President Vijayalaxmi Amin welcomed members and Past Presidents before proceedings began. A key highlight of the AGM was the unanimous election of the new leadership team, which boasted of Parsi presence. Binaifer Daruwala (Tata Services) was elected All-India President; Rashna Ardesher (Ernst and Young) will serve as Vice President and Hon. Secretary, while Kashmira Pastakia (HDFC Securities) takes charge as Hon. Treasurer. Vijayalaxmi Amin was appointed Immediate Past President to provide continuity alongside the Governing Council comprising Meena Valecha (re-elected)and new members Anita Rodrigues, Sylvia Mendonca and Louella Fernandes.

Past President Zarine Commissariat will continue offering guidance in keeping with her long-standing contribution to the Association. The AGM also honoured members with long service awards for 50, 40, 25 and 15 years of membership. In her acceptance address, Binaifer Daruwala outlined a vision focused on continuous learning, professional growth and a stronger support network for members. The meeting concluded with a Vote of Thanks and fellowship over lunch.
