Dadar Parsi Colony’s very own Parinaz Cooper has emerged as a standout talent at the prestigious 61st edition of the Femina Miss India, the nation’s premier pageant, bringing immense pride to the Parsi community.
As the Grand Finale approaches on 18th April, 2026, at the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar, she has secured a place among the Top 8 finalists in both – Maharashtra and Gujarat rounds, reflecting remarkable grace, confidence and consistent excellence on a prestigious national platform, which brings together 30 select contestants, representing 29 states and one combined Union Territory. At Femina Miss India-Maharashtra, Parinaz was awarded the titles: ‘Miss Congeniality’ and ‘Beautiful Smile’, while at the Femina Miss India-Gujarat, she won ‘Best Ramp Walk’.
A Computer Engineering student with a strong academic and professional foundation, Parinaz’s work includes developing a Sign Language Recognition System using Machine Learning and AI development. Also an athlete with a disciplined mindset, Parinaz has completed half marathons, participated in national and international karate championships and is a certified scuba diver. Her passion for fashion has seen her collaborate with brands including Ashdeen, Papa Don’t Preach, Reliance Jewels, Nykaa, McDonald’s and Skybags. Driven by compassion as much as ambition, she is also actively involved in caring for stray animals.
The daughter of proud parents, Dilkhush and Burgess Cooper, Parinaz stands as a confident, multi-faceted young achiever, representing the spirit of determination, grace and purpose on a national platform. As she steps onto the grand stage next Saturday, where she will be representing Gujarat, we wish her every success and the brightest of triumphs at the Femina Miss India Grand Finale.
