The Zoroastrian Club, Secunderabad, came alive with laughter and youthful energy as it hosted its Summer Camp from 7^th to 10^th May, 2026. With 24 enthusiastic participants divided into two age groups, the camp offered a vibrant mix of creativity, learning and entertainment, making it a memorable experience for children and parents alike. Held every morning from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, the camp was efficiently organised by Farah Bhagat and Binifer Mistry, supported by a committed team of volunteers and Club staff, ensuring smooth coordination through the four-day event.

Younger participants enjoyed a variety of engaging activities including finger painting, handprint art, bookmark-making, paper plate crafts, jewellery design, play dough sessions and storytelling. Dance sessions and creative workshops added to the cheerful atmosphere, encouraging children to express themselves freely while building confidence and social skills.

For the older group, the camp featured more interactive and skill-based activities such as fantasy football, tote bag painting, clay modelling, resin art, candle-making and DIY foosball table creation. These sessions combined creativity with teamwork and problem-solving, keeping participants actively involved throughout.

The art and craft workshops were guided by Hoofrish Bisney and Naveen, while Ruksha Hormusjee conducted an engaging storytelling session on the Shahnameh, complete with visuals and interactive games. A special highlight was the surprise appearance of ‘Summer Santa’ (Parvez Baria), who delighted children with his lively presence and summer-themed attire.

The camp concluded with ‘Showtime with Parents’, where children proudly showcased their creations and shared their experiences with family members. Filled with laughter, friendships and creative discovery, the Summer Camp once again reflected the Zoroastrian Club’s commitment to nurturing community spirit among the younger generation.
