The Indian Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals (IASAP) Mumbai HQ recently organised an engaging session titled, ‘Success Beyond Syllabus’, featuring renowned management consultant, trainer and speaker, Dr. Adil Malia, CEO – The Firm, and BPP Trustee. The session explored the changing definition of success in today’s dynamic world, highlighting that achievement extends far beyond academic qualifications.
Through an insightful and interactive presentation, Dr. Malia emphasised the importance of adaptability, emotional intelligence, resilience, self-awareness and continuous learning as essential ingredients for personal and professional growth. Participants gained valuable insights into the attitudes, behaviours and life skills that help create a lasting impact. The discussion also highlighted the importance of experiential learning and strong values in building meaningful careers and fulfilling lives.
The programme was conducted under the All-India Presidentship of Binaifer Daruwala, who welcomed attendees. Past President and IASAP Newsletter Editor – Moti Vazifdar introduced the speaker. The event was attended by Past Presidents, members and guests. A networking high tea followed, encouraging interaction and exchange of ideas among participants. IASAP VP and Hon. Secretary Rashna Ardesher delivered the vote of thanks. The participants carried home fresh perspectives on achieving success beyond boundaries of formal education.
