Continuing its longstanding commitment to education, Parsi Pragati Mandal (PPM) distributed books and stationery to around 120 Zoroastrian children studying and residing in Surat, on 7th June, 2026. The initiative was conducted with the support of the Surat Parsi Panchayat, which provided the premises of the Girls’ Orphanage for the event. PPM expressed its gratitude to donors Monaz and Burzin Parekh, and Pearl and Rayomand Kharas. The success of the event reflected the dedicated efforts of the Mandal’s team, volunteers and the Girls’ Orphanage Superintendent, reinforcing the community’s commitment to empowering future generations through education.
