The Godrej Baug Residents Welfare Association (GBRWA) celebrated India’s 75^th Independence Day on 15^th August at Eco-park, Godrej Baug with great pomp. Young Xerxes Billimoria and Vihaan Hakim hoisted the national flag, followed by the national anthem which was sung by all with much passion.

After the flag hoisting, a performance by the youth of Godrej Baug was put together by XYZ’s Cyrus’ Superstars. The event ended with a bawa-style breakfast of pora-pav and fudina-chai for all present (Courtesy XYZ), by Elavia Caterers. The function was attended in large numbers by all age groups of Godrej Baug.
