Jamshed Ghyara, a student of Sardar Dastur Hormazdiar High School, Pune, recently won the ‘Karate Student of the Year 2017-2018’ award at an event organized by Shito-Ryu Karate School, Pune, on 20th and 21st January, 2018. Supported by his family and coaches, Sensai Ashok Golani and Sensai Vijay Golani, Jamshed trains regularly at the Shito-Ryu Karate School in Pune and is noted to be amongst the top students at the All-India Gojukai Karate-Do Association. He is also the recipient and proud owner of the ‘Shodan Ho’ belt.
