The Sethna’s 18th West Mumbai Scout Group organized a three-day camp to Karjat, from 4th to 6th May, 2018. A total of 65 cubs, scouts, rovers and scouters attended the training-cum-fun-filled camp that commenced with the hoisting of the Scout flag. The training included cooking meals, knotting, pioneering, compass and map work, with valuable lessons in First Aid imparted by Dr. Percy Bharucha and sessions delivered by senior scouters and rovers providing a holistic education.
Team activities including gadget making, inspections, sports and tree climbing boosted team spirit. Each day ended with a campfire with songs, choruses and skits. The camp concluded by thanking all for organizing a successful camp.
