Following in the footsteps of the enterprising founder of XYZ (Xtremely Young Zoroastrians), Hoshaang Gotla, twelve do – gooders from XYZ’s ‘Behram’s Battalion’ troupe, organized a newspaper collection drive on June 5, around Dadar. They
convinced neighbors to hand over old newspapers and books, accumulating a total of 203 kgs, in a span of two hours, which fetched them Rs. 2,250/-. This amount was duly handed over to animal-lover and BPP Trustee, Armaity Tirandaz, who would donate it to the BSPCA on behalf of XYZ’s ‘BB’ group.

On June 9, in yet another brilliant MAD (Making A Difference) initiative organized by XYZ’s ‘Rustom’s Rockstars’, parents and children came together to sponsor dinner to over 400 cancer patients and their families at the Sant Ghadge Maharaj Dharamshala in Dadar, which houses patients and families undergoing treatment at Bandra’s Tata Memorial Hospital. 70 XYZ ‘Blessing Bags’ were also distributed to the children there. Kudos to Team-XYZ! You make the community proud!
