On 8th September 2016, Lions Club of Bombay celebrated its 25th or Silver Jubilee Charter Nite, coinciding with the Centennial Year of The Lions Clubs International and Diamond Jubilee Year of the Lionism in India. First Parsee Lady District Governor, Lion Armaity Cooper presided as the Chief Guest for the evening, and inaugurated a ‘Silver Jubilee Pin’ designed by Lion Firuza Khan. Inaugurated in 1992, Lions Club of Bombay Queensway is the first all ladies Lions Club which has emerged as one of the Best Clubs in the District with its Administrative excellence and highly need based projects.
