Nearly two hundred Parsi/Irani individuals benefitted from the Zoroastrian Trust Funds of India’s (ZTFI) monthly ‘Feed-a-Family’ program, which was held on October 15, 2016 at Cama Baug, Mumbai. ZTFI handed out parcels comprising provisions and other household essentials.

ZTFI Trustee, Yasmin Jal Mistry, who always endeavours to better each subsequent event, introduced a lucky draw titled ‘My Wish, where each participant selected one item from a choice of sixteen, and would end up being one of the three lucky winners! The participants got to choose from useful branded appliances and household items including blenders, pressure-cooker, non-stick utensils, toasters, table, chair etc. The lucky winners will receive their selected prize the following month.

Next, there was a warm and cheerful cake-cutting ceremony celebrating the birthdays of all in October. Yasmin extended a vote of thanks to the generous donors who helped keep the cause alive, as also to the Cama Baug Trustees for allowing the free usage of the hall for this noble cause. All in all, this was yet another very well received ZTFI program and ended with the beneficiaries giving a heartfelt thanks to Team ZTFI.
