Founder and CEO, Business Beacon Management Consultants, Dolly Dhamodiwala recently received the ‘International Women Leaders Forum’ (IWLF) award in the area of Corporate Governance and Board Leadership at IWLF’s flagship event. Recognised for displaying leadership in the area of Corporate Governance across both – private and public limited companies – over the last ten years, Dolly has also carried out a number of research studies and organized various conferences on issues related to Corporate Governance, Consultancy and Training.

Speaking to Parsi Times, Dolly said, “Governance of companies has gained a great deal of importance in the light of the Companies Act which has laid down stricter rules and regulations to avoid major corporate frauds. I have also designed short duration training programs for senior management personnel and professionals intending to assume esteemed positions as board members of a company. These programs provide insights into good governance practices, responsibilities of directors, risk management and leadership skills.”
