Nastur Bejan Daruwala and Chef Shezad Marolia heat up the palate this summer with the ‘Parsi Food Fest’, a menu celebrating delectable Parsi cuisine at Masala Bay, Taj Land’s End in Bandra, Mumbai.
The dishes have been expertly curated, comprising daily treats to gourmet delights, encompassing an array of delicacies that capture the exquisite essence and taste from Parsi homes and streets of the country, by famous Parsi Chef Shezad Marolia and award-winning Executive Chef, Rohit Sangwan.
“Our recipes are elegantly crafted using the highest quality ingredients that are unique to the Parsi communities and renowned places of the city, paired with the robust flavors of spices and fresh ingredients to create a vibrant and indulging dining experience. Each dish is inspired by time-honoured recipes and is made using traditional methods to recreate the authenticity and heritage of Bombay,” shared Chef Shezad Marolia, who recently launched Udwada Bakers.
