Senior Advocate Firoze B. Andhyarujina has been included in the panel of Arbitrators and Conciliators of the H’ble Bombay High Court. Designated Senior Advocate by the HC in 2001, Adv. Andhyarujina [B.Com. (Hons.), LL.B., LL.M. (Miami, US)], is mainly engaged in litigation practice concerning tax matters and company law.

Through his academic career, Andhyarujina has been bestowed over seventy awards – at the school, college and university Level. He was awarded the Rotary Foundation Scholarship of the Rotary International to study Post Graduate Law at the University of Miami, Coral Gables, USA; as also a scholarship in International and Comparative Law at Paris, France. He has also been a part time professor.

Having started his illustrious legal career in the Chambers of R J Kolah and B A Palkhivala, Sr. Adv. Andhyarujina has participated in innumerable cases of crucial significance, that have laid down and interpreted the tax laws of India. He has also argued some of the important trademarks and patent cases at Bombay and Delhi High Courts. International Tax Review, World Tax 2006, rated Sr. Adv. Andhyarujina amongst the 5 Leading individual Tax Counsels in India.
