Chomp And Cheers: Kolmi Fry

Ingredients:

80gms Prawns, 5mgs Ginger paste, 5gms Garlic Paste, 10gms Degi Mirch, 8ml Lemon Juice, 5gms Salt, 100gms Ring Onions, 10gms Cornflour, 7gms Refined Flour, 6gms Rice Flour, ½ Egg, Refined Oil as required.

Method:

Marinate the prawns in ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, deggi mirch, salt, cornflour, refined flour, rice flour and egg.  Rest the mixture for 30 minutes. Mix the prawns and wrap them with ring onions and then deep fry till crisp and brown.
