The fundraiser, ‘Rhim Jhim Ke Tarane’, organized by East Bombay Bharat Scouts and Guides District Association on 9th of July, 2016, saw a mix of talent with Ketan Kumar’s Orchestra and performances by the bulbuls, guides, scouts, scouters, guiders and school children at the Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan.

Chief Guest Pheroza Godrej cheered the participants, while singers Mallhar, Rajendra Gadhvi and Varsha Bhatt reminisced the audience with old and new melodies depicting rain. A total of 150 children from 6th East Bombay Bai BS Bengallee Girls High School, 11th East Bombay Bai MN Gamadia Girls High School, 68th East Bombay Talati’s Guide Group, 71st East Bombay Zoroastrian Guide Group, 73rd East Bombay Chanda Ramji High School, 74th East Bombay Blossoms ST English Girls High School and 103rd East Bombay Al-Saifi Scout Group, showed incredible enthusiasm and agility. ‘Sleeping Beauty’ performance by the ‘71st East Bombay Zoroastrian’s Bulbul Flock’ left the audience in splits. The District Association thanks its sponsor HDFC, ERGO General Insurance Co. Ltd., and co-sponsor Vodafone for their encouragement and support in making the event a grand success.
