About Arashasp Shroff:
A graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts Business Management, from the globally renowned Culinary Institute of America (NY, USA), Arashasp’s genius got him handpicked to attend the exclusive concentration program in Advanced Wine and Hospitality in Napa Valley, California. Soon he was recruited for JW Marriott’s Leadership Program and shared his expertise here for a year before being invited to join the prestigious pre-opening launch team for Spago, a fine dining restaurant by Wolfgang Puck, in Singapore, where the scope of his role grew rapidly and he eventually oversaw the storage and inventory of all wine, creating a beverage training manual and calendar and even mentored a team of his own colleagues!
Currently a consultant for Pearson Higher Education, he also works as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at the Sheraton Center Hotel in Toronto. His professional achievements include receiving the rarely accomplished ‘Wine Spirits Educational Trust Level 3 Certification’; the ‘Prudhomme Level 2 Beer Specialist Certification; the ‘Court of Master Sommelier Certifications; and very shortly, the ‘Wine Spirits Educational Trust Level 4 Certification’.
