Godrej Baug Residents Welfare Association (GBRWA) hosted the grand bi-annual dance, music and fashion extravaganza, ‘Vibrations 2017’ on 4th November, 2017 at Eco-park, with colony members participating in a range of performances. Conceptualized and choreographed solely by the Godrej Baug members (GBites), the event was presided over by Chief Guests, Marzi Pestonji of Shiamak Davar International India Pvt. Ltd and TV fame, Rushad Rana, and BPP Trustee Viraf Mehta. Staying true to the theme, ‘Tour around the world’, the performances choreographed by Merzi Anklesaria, Nazneen Dastur, Kaizeen Daruwalla and Khushnaz Irani, depicted rich forms of dance and fashion across world cultures. The performances enveloped a creative fusion of Indo-Western mood, with a belly-dancing finale performance. The event witnessed the screening of ‘Making of Vibrations 2017’ conceptualized and presented by Kaizad Dumasia. The collective efforts of the resident volunteers and coordinators supported by the donors, advertisers and well-wishers made for a good show. GBRWA also released a souvenir on the occasion which was conceptualized to raise funds for the activities of the association and to showcase the talent of the youth.
