On their visit to Sri-Lanka for their Annual Conference, a group of Godrej Senior Management visited the 90-year old Colombo Prayer Hall called ‘Navroze baug’ built in 1927, by the Ceylon Parsi Anjuman. Located on Fifth Lane, Colpetty, currently the place is being served by a Zoroastrian priest from Mumbai. In the mid-twentieth century there were more than 300 Parsis residing here, but today, it has dwindled to about 45. The Parsi Club, under President, Aban Pestonjee seeks to keep the Parsi community by engaging in annual activities centered around fellowship.
