XYZ (Xtremely Young Zoroastrians), the community’s premiere non-profit outfit aimed at holistic development of the children, held its exciting 9^th Leadership Camp, across three days of management training, team building and lots of fun, at Tropicana Resort, in Alibaug, on 30^th September, 2023.

Fifty enthusiastic participants, including XYZ staff and Seniors, were divided into six teams – namely, Presidents, President-Elects, President-Nominees, Volunteers and Past Presidents, XYZ Seniors – A and XYZ Seniors – B. The event fostered leadership skills and camaraderie, in the journey kicking off with a scenic ride on the M2M ferries, and offering a diverse array of activities designed to encourage leadership qualities and enhance team dynamics via exciting games and sessions, which promoted teamwork, critical thinking and problem-solving. XYZ’s dynamic Founder – Hoshaang Gotla held a session throwing light on various aspects that would be introduced in the oncoming 10^th year of XYZ in 2024.

With logistics managed by Shahazad Gandhi of Shahazad Enterprises, and the event ably organised by mentors – Jeniffer Daruvala, Delnaz Sinor and Zayaan Sanga, the XYZ Leadership Camp 2023, filled with learning, growth, and fellowship, ended with participants departing with fond memories and new lifelong bonds! Afreen Irani was declared Director – XYZ Seniors (2024) and will lead the group which comprises members between 15 to 30 years of age.
