Diniar Darab Mehta, owner of Dini Travels, as also President of Minority (Parsi) Cell and VP of the BJP, Colaba Vidhan Sabha, recently met with Mohammad Reza Fazel, Director General of Cultural Affairs Ministry, Cultural House of The Islamic Republic of Iran, as regards the safety of tourists visiting Iran, post the recent war-like situation with Pakistan. Fazel has assured that such a situation doesn’t exist anymore and that Iran is completely safe for tourists. Also, with Iran’s Defence Minister in Pakistan and lots of foreign tourists already visiting Iran, there was no need to worry at all, he further stated.

Diniar Darab Mehta is a known social worker and was invited in July 2023 by Iran’s Ministry of Cultural Affairs, Tourism and Handicrafts, to discuss aspects of promoting and developing Iran Tourism in India, through his organisation – ‘Dini Travels’, which is in collaboration with Iran’s Tourism Ministry.
