Dr. Adil Dalal, DBA, a leader in the field of stress management, recently received the ‘Global Power Leader 2024’ award for Leadership Innovation and Coaching, at WZCC’s Global Business Conclave, and he also presented the opening keynote address, ‘Stress to Success’, at the House of Lords, in London. His address focused on how the changing global stress levels have been affecting CEOs and corporations, and was lauded as a transformative experience.

Dr. Dalal engaged with many distinguished dignitaries at UK’s Parliament including Lord Michael Abraham Levy and Lord Swaraj Paul. Dr. Dalal also went on to deliver another speech a few days later, at Café Spice Namaste, hosted by its owner and WZCC Director – Cyrus Todiwala. Other prominent WZCC leaders present included the Chair – Shernaz Engineer, Vice Chair – Jimmy Contractor and International Director – Prof. Dr. Zubin Sethna. The talk was followed by a detailed Q&A round and a delicious meal provided by Café Spice.

Dr. Dalal is a trailblazer in the field of stress management, having authored numerous books and taken his strategies to multiple countries, over two decades. He is the founder of advanced software: ‘Pinnacle Performance Zone’ (PPZ)’, which streamlines reducing stress levels for CEOs and organisations.
