Kudos Diana!

Dear Readers,

What a wonderful start to the New Year for the community, with tall feathers being added to the proud Parsi cap, keeping alive our legacy of illustrious achievement. Of course, I speak of our very own ‘speed-savant’ Diana Pundole, whose extraordinary achievement has been the toast of the community and the nation, making history by becoming the first Indian woman to win a Championship Title in the MRF Saloons Category, at the recently held Indian National Car Racing Championships, in Chennai.

The passion and uncompromised dedication of our swashbuckling mother of two, is a brilliant combination of resolute woman power and assiduous Parsipanu (of yore, when Parsis stood out for their exemplary and spectacular achievements in every field). Diana has indeed shattered stereotypes of motorsports being a male bastion, and has come out on top proving to be a crucial inspiration to so many women looking to pursue success in this otherwise male-dominated field.

Such achievements, which embody the very essence of grit, guts and glory, help us realise the power we house within, which, when fortified with self-determination, focus and of course, the all-important support from family and friends, can help us beat all odds to transform into our most extraordinary versions, and grant us the greatness we were meant to deliver as proud Parsis!

Kudos Diana!! And here’s looking forward to more community greats perpetuating our legendary Parsi legacy with inspirational pride and outstanding accomplishments!

Have a lovely weekend!
