The Indian Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals (IASAP) celebrated its annual Women’s Day event, at the YMCA, on 22^nd March, 2025, themed: ‘Accelerate Action’ – focussed on the need to uplift, empower, and elevate women. Attendees dressed in this year’s Women’s Day colours of Purple, Green, and White, symbolizing justice, hope, and purity, respectively. Community members present were IASAP’s Immediate Past President, Kashmira Gamadia, Hon. Secretary, Rashna Ardesher, Vice President cum-Hon. Treasurer, Binaifer Daruwala, and Governing Council member Kashmira Pastakia.

Foram Nagori, Head – CSR, Tata Power shared the keynote address shared inspirational insights and experiences, and highlighted the diverse motivations of IASAP members in giving back to society. The event was graced by guests representing prominent NGOs – Sakhi and Sunbeam, instrumental in advocating for women’s rights and empowerment. IASAP’s Women’s Day celebration aimed to create a platform for dialogue, networking, and collaboration among women from various sectors.
