Welcoming the Parsi New Year as also celebrating its tenth anniversary, in keeping with its service motto, the XYZ Foundation organised the event ‘Ten Tempting Tasks’ – a set of ten creative tasks related to Parsi culture, designed to foster a deeper connect with our heritage.

A delightful mix of music, memories, and merriment, tasks included recording a 30-second video singing XYZ songs with a parent or grandparent, dancing to fun Parsi tunes with friends, clicking pics at iconic Irani cafes with bun maska and chai, posing with grandparents on playground slides, and capturing moments with pets, police officers. A highlight was drawing and colouring the XYZ logo as a temporary tattoo on themselves and two others, symbolising unity and shared identity. The final task comprised a visit to the Agyari with a priest – celebrating collective community religious traditions.

The Ten Tempting Tasks event was a resounding success, receiving an overwhelming response from all XYZ’s enthusiastic members. It provided a platform for participants to connect with their roots, cherish traditions, and create lasting memories with loved ones. The event concluded with prizes awarded to winners.
