Panthaki Baug inaugurated its new Multi-Sports Turf Ground on 14^th February, 2025, amidst much excitement from residents who would now be able to use the ground for various sports, including volleyball, throwball and cricket. Inaugurated by BPP Chairman Viraf Mehta and Jehangir Panthaki, the ground has already hosted a steady stream of children and adult players and is Panthaky Baug’s second turf facility built within a year, with the previous one used mainly for football and cricket. A pre-inauguration Jashan honouring benefactor Late Behramshah Panthaki, was attended by his successor, Jehangir Panthaki, who has been actively involved in the betterment of Panthaki Baug.

Recently, Panthaki Baug hosted its first All Parsi Box Cricket Tournament, with 18 teams from across Mumbai, including Rustom Baug, CJ Colony, Gamadia Colony, Dadar Parsi Colony, Malcom Baug, Bharucha Baug and Salsette, with Panthaki Baug A team triumphing over Malcolm Baug. These sports grounds thus enhance Panthaki Baug’s vibrant atmosphere, with residents of all ages and neighbouring Parsi colonies, gathering for great sporting encounters alongside much camaraderie.
