Young Parsi magician, Zenia Bhumgara was recently awarded top spot, winning the ‘Stage Magic Competition’, as a part of the Memorial National Magician’s convention called ‘Jantar Mantar’, held in Surat, on 4th and 5th October, 2018. Organized in memory of the legendary magician, late K. Lal’s sixth death anniversary, Zenia won the trophy for her expertise and presentation skills, having charmed the audiences with her amazing talent of dove productions, combined with manipulation of  roses, cards, balls and a sudden dress change into a ‘Saree’ for the grand finale. Zenia’s achievement has delivered a bench mark in the traditional male dominated field and has set the ball rolling in this emerging trend of women entering into the foray of magic.
