ZAC (Zoroastrian Association of California) held its 12^th Annual Sports Day event on 12^th June, 2022. Like last year, the event aimed at not just raising funds but also awareness of the unfortunate plight of some of our less-privileged community members, locally and globally.

The funds collected will be judiciously dispersed by their ‘Welfare Sub-committee’ to deserving Zoroastrians across the world.

“This is the day when we gather to have fun, play games and raise funds! All this could not have been achieved without the support of Ervads – Zarrir and Zerkxis Bhandara, who prepared a sumptuous lunch for all, and our sous chef Xerxes Commissariat! No event can be a success without the collective interest, effort and goodwill of the community, volunteers and sponsors. We thank everyone who helped make this event a success and look forward to many more in the future,” shares ZAC’s Phiroze Gundevia.
